By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms apply only to the ENCOMM corporate website and not to independent products or third-party sites linked from it.

3. Informational purpose

The website presents ENCOMM, its capabilities and selected work. Content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, warranty, technical specification or commitment to deliver a particular product, result or timeline.

Descriptions of AI, automation, integrations and potential outcomes depend on the facts, systems, data quality, security requirements and written agreement for each project.

4. Enquiries and commercial engagement

Sending an email, project brief or other enquiry does not by itself create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, partnership or contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed or accepted by authorised representatives.

Do not submit confidential information, credentials, production data or personal data that is not necessary for an initial enquiry. If confidential evaluation is required, contact ENCOMM first so appropriate arrangements can be agreed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website in violation of law or third-party rights.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, vulnerability exploitation, service disruption, malware distribution or circumvention of security controls.
Do not scrape, copy or reuse substantial website content for commercial model training, resale or competing services without written permission, except where mandatory law permits.

Unless stated otherwise, the ENCOMM name, visual identity, website design, text, graphics, software and other original material are owned by or licensed to ENCOMM and are protected by Greek Law 2121/1993, EU law and applicable international rules.

You may view and make limited copies for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell or exploit the material beyond mandatory legal exceptions without prior written permission.

Names, logos and screenshots of third-party or portfolio products remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Links to NutriVue, Dentora, GitHub, Elevate Greece or other external services are provided for convenience and reference. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ENCOMM is not responsible for changes, availability or content controlled by an independent third party.

8. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate but may change, suspend or remove content without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
