1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to the encomm.ai corporate website and to communications initiated through the contact options displayed on it. It does not govern independent third-party websites, including NutriVue, Dentora, GitHub or the Elevate Greece registry, which publish their own notices.
3. Data we may collect
Please do not send special-category or highly confidential personal data through the general contact channel unless this is strictly necessary and has been agreed with ENCOMM in advance.
- Contact and identity data, such as your name, email address and telephone number if you choose to provide it.
- Professional data, such as company, position and business context.
- The content of your enquiry, project brief and subsequent correspondence.
- Technical and security data generated by the hosting and contact-form infrastructure, such as IP address, request time, browser/device information, requested URL, form-completion timing and security logs.
- Your language preference, stored locally in your browser under the key “encomm-language”.
4. Why we process data and our legal bases
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess whether those interests are overridden by your rights and freedoms. The website does not currently operate a newsletter or behavioural advertising programme.

5. Who may receive the data
ENCOMM does not sell personal data. Providers are given only the data required for their task and must apply appropriate safeguards.
- Authorised ENCOMM founders, employees and contractors who need the information for the relevant purpose.
- Hosting, infrastructure and security providers acting under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- Resend, when the online contact form is enabled, as the transactional email-delivery provider that forwards the enquiry to info@encomm.ai.
- Public authorities, courts, regulators or advisers where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, ENCOMM will use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.
7. How long we keep data
- Ordinary enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months after the last meaningful communication.
- Contract, invoicing and transaction records are kept for the periods required by Greek tax, accounting and commercial law.
- Security logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to incident prevention, investigation and infrastructure security.
- Data relevant to a dispute or legal claim may be retained until the applicable limitation period and related proceedings have ended.
8. Your rights
Requests may be sent to info@encomm.ai. We may ask for information necessary to verify identity and protect your data. Rights are generally exercised free of charge and we aim to respond within the GDPR deadline, normally one month.
- Access your personal data and receive information about its processing.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure where the legal conditions are met.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used format where portability applies.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent EU supervisory authority.
11. Security
ENCOMM applies proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Automated decisions and children
The corporate website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing. It is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at children.
13. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
