ENCOMM1. Current website status
The current ENCOMM website does not use analytics, advertising, behavioural-profiling or social-media tracking cookies. It does not currently load embedded social-media widgets or third-party advertising tags.
Because no optional tracking technology is active, the current version does not display a consent banner. A banner that asks for consent where no optional cookies exist would not provide a meaningful choice.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files placed on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember information in the browser. Under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006, storing or accessing information on a user’s device generally requires clear information and prior consent, except where it is technically necessary for communication or for a service expressly requested by the user.
3. Technology currently used
This preference is treated as necessary functionality because it provides the language version requested by the visitor. It is not used for advertising, analytics, cross-site tracking or profiling.

4. Hosting and security logs
The hosting and security infrastructure may generate server logs containing technical request information, including IP address, time, requested URL and browser information. Server logs are not cookies stored on your device. Their processing is described in the Privacy Notice.
5. External links
The website links to independent services such as NutriVue, Dentora, GitHub and Elevate Greece. Opening an external link takes you to a different website that may use its own cookies. Review that website’s cookie and privacy information before making a choice.
6. Future analytics or optional cookies
If ENCOMM later introduces analytics, embedded media, advertising or another non-essential technology, it will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before the technology is activated for visitors who have not consented. Rejecting optional cookies will be as easy as accepting them, and consent will be withdrawable.
7. Browser controls
You can remove the language preference through your browser’s site-data or local-storage controls. Clearing it means the website may return to its default language until you select another version. Browser settings can also block cookies, but blocking strictly necessary storage may affect requested functionality.
